Continuing with the biology theme, I present ‘The List’ – that is the list of famous women for whom I’d leave Rachel. Don’t worry, she has her list (of men) too. ;-)

The list is arbitrarily 10 long and in arbitrary order – it was hard enough to narrow it down to 10 as it was. This is the first time I’ve ever really written the list down, so yay or something. :-)

I don’t really have any explicit criteria for inclusion. It’s a combination of physical attractiveness, the characters they’ve played, what little I’ve bothered to learn about their politics and beliefs, sense of humor, intelligence, etc – in other words, they have to be someone I’d actual like to hang out with, just being attractive doesn’t cut it.

::Qi Shu::: She’s the most recent addition to the list, inasmuch as this is the first recording of the list. I saw ‘So Close’ recently and I was hooked. Her character was so cool, and Qi is utterly beautiful.

::Salma Hayek::: She’s the first on the list, if I had to pick someone to be first. Incredibly sexy barely begins to describe her.

::Julia Stiles::: She’s just very cool and very smart. Not to mention very sexy.

::Izabella Scorupco::: A model turned actress – and mainly an action movie star (much to her surpise it seems). Speaks at least 3 langauges, was a Bond girl, and fights dragons.

::Kate Beckinsale::: I liked her a fair bit before Underworld, but that role put her over the top for me. Beautiful pale skin (even when not done up as a vampire), that lovely accent, smart (she went to Oxford)... what’s not to like??

::Jessica Alba::: She has a sort of beauty that’s hard to really describe: she can be cute, sexy, or sultry – or any combination of the three. How can one resist those full lips and big brown eyes?

::Rachel Weisz::: She’s completely beautiful in a very classical way. And in a sai-wielding ancient Egyptian way. Either way… rowr!

::Jennifer Connelly::: Ahhh. Now that I think about it, Jennifer might have to be the 1st person to make this list, though it was way back when she was in Labyrinth.

::Franka Potente::: I saw Run Lola Run and for some reason, I was infatuated with her, shockingly red hair and all.

::Talisa Soto::: Anyone who saw her as Kitana in Mortal Kombat and its sequel (which sucked, but in which she had a bigger role, so heh) and can’t call her the sexiest hispanic to play an east Asian is simply not attracted to women in general.
