		<description><![CDATA[	Mushroom &#38; Pork  Stuffed Acorn Squash of course!

1 lb of pork
~ 1 c chopped mixed mushrooms
1 tub ricotta cheese
1/2 c tomato sauce
oregano
garlic
ginger
rosemary
pepper
chipotle pepper sauce (not much of this though)
